Whenever I’m working in Northeast Ithaca, I notice how organized and friendly it feels—lots of families, well-kept homes, and neighbors who look out for each other. I’ve handled projects here for a while, and it’s always easy to see why folks want to live in this part of town.

We’ve done grading, drainage, and foundation work in Northeast Ithaca. The soil is mostly loam, which is easy to work with, but you want to make sure water moves away from foundations. Permits are quick—usually a week or two. Access is great, with wide streets and good parking.
